NextLTC, specifically Lynn Fossen, is amazing !  I just can’t think of a word adequate enough to describe her and her services. We have been greatly affected, in a wonderful way, by implementing her recommendations to improve the processes in our Nursing Facility.  I have been an RN for 30 years and 19 of those have been in long-term and skilled nursing care. I have been in various roles including DON, but most of my experience is as MDS Coordinator.  I have also received very useful education from many supervisors, colleagues, webinars, and consultants throughout those years.
